Talent Pool is a career development program for Bina Artha’s branch employees in order to achieve the vision and mission. Therefore, leaders who have good knowledge, character, and attitude are needed in quality and in accordance to company needs. There were 26 employees selected for Talent Pool participants from different regions, who had previously passed the selection process. For Talent Pool participants in this period, they visited BAV Head Office to get operational experiences at the Head Office. As an appreciation, Talent Pool participants received a special dinner invitation with CEO, and also celebrated the 8th Anniversary of Bina Artha which was held at Untung Jawa Island and Kelor Island.
