Bina Artha, with the help of a qualified external trainer, has conducted a Leadership Training for field    staff in team leadership position in Jombang on 22 & 23 September 2012. Participants learned class theories and practical skills to develop self-leadership and be able to lead others. This training program is part of Bina Artha’s commitments to develop its people and allow them to grow together with the company.
