Bina Artha, with the help of a qualified external trainer from CXPro, has conducted a Leadership Training for HO  employees in team management positions in Jakarta in mid-October and fourth week of November 2012. Participants learned theoretical and practical skills to improve their communication, negotiation, problem solving, and planning skills to be able to manage and lead their team better. This training program is part of Bina Artha’s commitments to develop its employees and allow them to perform better within the organization.
