Bina Artha, with help from a qualified external trainer, has conducted Basic Leadership Development training for Branch Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Manager in Kediri, East Java, on April 26^th – 27^th. Participants learnt about how to lead their team to achieve their goals. They also prepared their individual action plan to implement what learnt during the training. Similar training will be conducted for field managers in Central and West Java. Bina Artha is committed to ensure the continuous personal and professional growth of its employees.
