Bina Artha has experienced very fast growth for the last two years. People, especially field leaders are key success factors for our growth. To cope with demands for BMs and create future leaders, Bina Artha has started the Officer Development Program (ODP). We have selected 13 talented university graduates for our first batch of ODP. They have joined our three months training program specially designed to make them ready to lead branch team. The class has started on May 20th. In the picture are our ODP participants in the class learning about process and technology from our CPU Head.
