Bina Artha’s management team participated in the first Credit Access Asia (Microventures) Annual Management Retreat in Anantara Resort, Hua Hin, Thailand, on 13 – 16 November 2014. Also participating in the meeting Credit Access Asia management, board members, investors and the management teams from two other MFIs of the group, Grameen Koota from India and One Puhunan from The Philippines.

During the retreat we shared knowledge and practices with the other companies within the group, had fun and team building moments and celebrating the group achievements so far. We have shared challenges and learnt how others dealt with similar situations. Information exchanges among participants will continue through regular teleconferences and email correspondences. We are looking forward to next year management retreat for more success stories.
