Bina Artha with help from Dunamis, a training institution affiliated with Franklin Covey, has started the implementation of the 4DX program. Norwegian Microfinance Initiative (NMI), one of Bina Artha’s lenders, has supported Bina Artha in covering the cost for this program. The objective of the program is to equip our managers and field leaders with skills and tools to achieve our ambitious goal, to serve 1,000,000 families in Indonesia by 2020.

We have conducted three days manager certification training for our Area Manager and which was followed by one day training for Head Office managers and supervisors in the first and second weeks of March 2016. The program has been rolled out to branches and HO departments with clear goals for each organization’s unit aimed at continuously improving performances.
