Client data protection is a primary focus for Bina Artha. Therefore, Bina Artha implements Know Your Customer principal through risk profile analysis of the clients. To increase the quality of Know Your Customer principal, Bina Artha cooperates with the Ministry of Home Affairs for access to population registration numbers, population data and electronic identity card data. The cooperation was formalized by the signing an agreement between Bina Artha and Ministry of Home Affairs on 26 February 2019 in Jakarta. The cooperation will enhance the quality of risk profile analysis therefore enabling Bina Artha to provide the best services based on the needs, characteristics , and profiles of the clients.
