To give an appreciation for employee’s dedication to the company, Bina Artha provides a scholarship program for employees who wish to continue their education to Diploma 3 (D-3) or Bachelor (S1) levels. The scholarship program is entitled “WINDANINGSIH SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM”. This program was inspired by the dedication of Almarhamum Windaningsih who worked as an employee of Bina Artha and passed away in April 2018. Windaningsih is one of the best employees and gave positive contributions to Bina Artha and her colleagues. This program is created to improve the employee’s competences and enthusiasm to work with Bina Artha so they can get a better career in the future.
