Bina Artha Champion (BAC) is the appreciation program to the best employees who have contributed positively to the development of the company. In 2018, there were 27 BAC finalists from branch and head office representatives. The finalists were selected based on selection process by the management. The total prize for the winners was IDR 60,000,000 and the finalists also received prizes as a form of appreciation for their participation in this program. We hope that the BAC program can be a motivation program for all employees to improve their performance.
