As part of the Bina Artha Awards 2023 euphoria, SoBAV Prima was challenged to participate in the Amazing Race, embarking on an adventure around Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) on Friday, July 5, 2024. This event showcased how the participants of the Bina Artha Awards 2023 successfully faced various challenges together with their teams.

The challenges included creating team chants, ice-breaking activities with team tasks, taking team photos at regional pavilions according to clues given by the organizers, and drawing a challenge and its solution with the team. All challenges were easily tackled with good teamwork, and to boost team spirit, each Amazing Race activity was rewarded with millions of rupiah from Bina Artha.

Additionally, to enhance engagement between SoBAV and Bina Artha leaders, Mr. Frank Snieders (CEO of Bina Artha), Mr. Ade Irawan (CFO of Bina Artha), Ms. Berenice Da Gama-Rose (CBSO of Bina Artha), Ms. Fitria Widyaswara (CHRO of Bina Artha), and Mr. Miki Muharam (CAE of Bina Artha), along with other Heads of Department, participated in some of the Amazing Race challenges. This added to the excitement and enthusiasm of the Bina Artha Awards 2023 participants this year.

Through the Amazing Race activity at TMII, while also enjoying the diverse beauty of Indonesian culture, it is hoped that SoBAV Prima will be more motivated to give their best contributions, enhance team cooperation, and be able to #EmbraceTheChallenge by bravely accepting challenges to achieve optimal performance.
