Being part of the supporting unit in the Group Lending segment makes me proud to accompany my colleagues in the business unit in achieving their performance targets. In more than a decade of holding various positions in Bina Artha Ventura's Human Resources Division, I have gone through various challenges that carved the Company's journey in it. I am also proud to be part of a division that is tasked with screening, nurturing and producing excellent employees who are one of the important components of the Company's assets running its operational activities. Bina Artha Ventura's positive work environment, solid teamwork, supportive collaboration, and supportive leaders make me feel comfortable in my professional career. The values that are maintained, make employees have an open space to express their aspirations and respect each other. In addition, Bina Artha Ventura also provides opportunities for its employees to constantly develop through a series of training programs to hone skills in supporting work and career paths.

I was named Best Regional Manager in the Individual Lending segment in 2023, and brought my 3 Area Managers to the top 3 Best AM Individual Lending positions during 2023. These achievements were achieved by going through challenges that were not easy, I was required to achieve the Disburse target while maintaining a healthy portfolio quality for Bina Artha Ventura. I feel proud to work with colleagues who support each other, strong teamwork, and uphold the Company's values firmly. And I am very happy if I can contribute and be useful to many people, especially Bina Artha Ventura's Partners through access to business financing to drive their family's economy.

When I first joined Bina Artha Ventura, I did not expect to be in this position, where I am currently mandated to carry out the duties as Regional Manager who must manage up to 15 Branch Offices of the Group Lending segment. Of course, this happened because there are many things that can support me in Bina Artha Ventura's work environment to get the opportunity to learn various skills, which ultimately made me able to achieve the achievements to date. The skills I gained are not only useful for work, but also in my personal life, especially related to communication skills and decision making to solve problems. I feel proud to work at Bina Artha Ventura, I can learn many things during my time as a leader, including communication skills, leadership, proper decision making, and also data analysis. I think if I didn't join Bina Artha Ventura, I wouldn't have gotten those things.

For almost a decade joining the Bina Artha Ventura family, I have held various positions to support the Company. Starting from roles in business units such as Branch Manager and Regional Manager in the Individual Lending segment, as well as supporting roles in the IL Business Support Manager unit that I have held until now. I have also been a part of several project initiatives that were prepared and implemented for the sustainability of better operational processes for the Company. Especially the digitalization project in the Individual Lending segment that successfully rolled out on a national scale in June 2024. I am very grateful that Bina Artha Ventura consistently recognizes outstanding employees, and has always been a company with a work culture that supports professionally and personally.

My career has grown hand in hand with Bina Artha Ventura's journey since its inception in 2011. Starting my career as a supporting unit in the Finance & Accounting Division, I along with other teams witnessed the Company's achievements from time to time. In my current position as Accounting Manager, being part of Bina Artha Ventura has been a great experience for me. There are so many changes that have a positive impact, especially in the digitization of processes that greatly ease the work. Bina Artha Ventura provides excellent support for employee development through the implementation of values that build a solid teamwork ecosystem.
