BAV Awards 2025: Advancing into Greatness, Celebrating Excellence Day 1

JAKARTA – PT Bina Artha Ventura once again hosted its annual BAV Awards 2025 on 9–10 July 2026 in Jakarta. The event served as a special moment to recognize and appreciate all Bina Artha employees, affectionately known as SoBAV, for their hard work, dedication, and outstanding achievements throughout the year.

This year, BAV Awards 2025 carried the theme “Advancing into Greatness: The Golden Compass,” reflecting the spirit of continuously moving forward toward greater achievements. Like a compass that guides the way, the theme represents Bina Artha’s journey in finding the right direction, navigating challenges, and continuously growing toward a better future.

Held over two days, the BAV Awards 2025 was filled with enthusiasm and a strong spirit of togetherness. The event recognized outstanding achievers across various categories, including 5 Best Branch Group Lending, 5 Best Branch Individual Lending, Top 16 Best Branch Group Lending, 3 Best Account Officers, 2 Best Business Officers, 2 Best Field Collectors, 2 Best Area Managers GL, 1 Best Area Manager IL, 1 Best Regional Manager GL, and 1 Best Regional Manager IL.

The celebration was attended by Bina Artha’s management team, including Mr. Chrismanto M. Saragih (Director of Risk and Compliance), Mr. Frank Snieders (President Director of Bina Artha), Ms. Febriny Rimenta (CFO of Bina Artha), Mr. Sahala Siahaan (COO of Bina Artha), Ms. Fitria Widyaswara (CHRO of Bina Artha), Mr. Miki Muharam (CAE of Bina Artha), and Mr. Elvin Triputra (CIO of Bina Artha).

In addition, two important initiatives were officially launched as part of the event: the Kick-Off of Hybrid Branch, marking the beginning of the implementation of a hybrid branch operating model, and the Launch of the New Uniform, representing a refreshed identity and renewed spirit for Bina Artha Ventura as part of the company’s ongoing transformation.

These awards served as a meaningful recognition of the contributions and achievements of SoBAV from various regions across Indonesia. Each award reflects how hard work, consistency, collaboration, and the commitment to delivering the best can play an important role in supporting Bina Artha’s continued growth.

Through this event, Bina Artha hopes that the spirit and achievements of the award recipients will inspire all SoBAV to continue making meaningful contributions and work together to take Bina Artha toward even greater achievements.
