BAV Awards 2025: Advancing into Greatness, Celebrating Excellence Day 2

After an exciting first day of BAV Awards 2025, filled with appreciation, enthusiasm, and togetherness, the excitement continued into Day 2. More than just a moment to enjoy time together, the second day gave SoBAV Prima an opportunity to gain new insights and engage in meaningful discussions about one of Bina Artha’s ongoing innovations.

The Day 2 BAV Awards 2025 series began with a talk show and sharing session on Hybrid Branch, featuring Mr. Sahala Siahaan (COO of Bina Artha) and Mr. Elvin Triputra (CIO of Bina Artha). During the session, they shared insights into the Hybrid Branch concept, the background behind its development, and how this innovation is expected to support Bina Artha’s operations while enhancing the quality of services provided to the community.

The talk show became even more interactive through a Q&A session with BAV Awards participants. Participants had the opportunity to ask questions directly, exchange perspectives, and gain a deeper understanding of the implementation and future direction of Hybrid Branch at Bina Artha. The enthusiasm for SoBAV throughout the discussion created an open and engaging atmosphere.

After gaining new insights and engaging discussions with the leaders, the Day 2 series continued with a more relaxed and exciting activity at Pekan Raya Jakarta (PRJ). This provided SoBAV Prima with an opportunity to enjoy various entertainment and activities while strengthening connections with colleagues from different regions.

The journey from the sharing session to the activities at PRJ became a memorable experience that complemented the BAV Awards 2025 series. While the talk show provided a space to share insights and open discussions about the future of Bina Artha, the PRJ activities offered SoBAV an opportunity to unwind, build connections, and create memorable moments beyond their daily work routines.
