As part of the BAV Awards 2024 euphoria, SoBAV Prima were invited to join an exciting activity called Do Fun at Dufan on Thursday, August 14, 2025. This activity became a moment of togetherness that challenged courage while also testing teamwork through various mini games in Ancol before exploring the thrills of the rides at Dunia Fantasi (Dufan).
Not only the participants, but also Bina Artha leaders joined the fun. Mr. Frank Snieders (CEO of Bina Artha), Mr. Febriny Rimenta (CFO of Bina Artha), Ms. Fitria Widyaswara (CHRO of Bina Artha), Mr. Elvin Triputra (CIO of Bina Artha), and Mr. Miki Muharam (CAE of Bina Artha) along with other Heads of Department took part in the rides and challenges at Dufan. Their participation brought even more excitement and enthusiasm to all BAV Awards 2024 participants.
A variety of fun-filled activities, from strategy games, team challenges, to thrilling rides, were enjoyed with great enthusiasm. Both SoBAV Prima participants and Bina Artha leaders successfully faced the challenges with extraordinary energy. To further boost motivation, every activity in Do Fun at Dufan was rewarded with prizes worth millions of rupiah from Bina Artha.
Through Do Fun at Dufan, SoBAV Prima not only experienced joy and togetherness, but also became more motivated to contribute their best, strengthen teamwork, and truly embody the spirit of #RiseToLead in achieving greater accomplishments.
