Jakarta, August 13–14, 2024 Bina Artha Ventura held prestigious annual event, the Bina Artha Awards 2024, to recognize SoBAV with the best achievements throughout 2024. The theme “Rise to Lead” was chosen to inspire all SoBAV to move forward, take on leadership roles, and become role models in achieving optimal performance. Through strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and synergy in every step, Bina Artha continues its commitment to realizing the company’s greater goals. This is in line with the direction of Mr. Frank Snieders (CEO of Bina Artha) earlier in 2025, who emphasized that the company is building a solid foundation for sustainable growth toward 2025 with strong and healthy financial performance.
This event brought together the winners, consisting of 5 Best Branch Group Lending, 5 Best Branch Individual Lending, Top 17 Best Branch Group Lending, 3 Best Account Officers, 2 Best Business Officers, 1 Best Field Collector IL, 2 Best Area Managers GL, 1 Best Area Manager IL, 2 Best Regional Managers GL, and 1 Best Regional Manager.
The ceremony was held in a festive and vibrant atmosphere, attended by Bina Artha’s management: Mr. Sakti N. Hoedoyo (Director of Bina Artha), Mr. Frank Snieders (CEO of Bina Artha), Ms. Febriny Rimenta (CFO of Bina Artha), Mr. Sahala Siahaan (COO of Bina Artha), Ms. Fitria Widyaswara (CHRO of Bina Artha), Mr. Miki Muharam (CAE of Bina Artha), and Mr. Elvin Triputra (CIO of Bina Artha). All SoBAV showed great enthusiasm as they awaited the announcement of the Bina Artha Awards 2024 winners.
Winners received plaques, holiday packages, cash prizes, and exclusive merchandise. To add to the excitement, the event also presented special entertainment, including a live performance by Gabi Waluyo Band and a photobooth for all attendees.
Through this event, Bina Artha hopes that SoBAV across Indonesia will be further inspired to continue #BelieveinBetter and have the courage to “Rise to Lead” in every role and challenge.
